Recent images from the set of the Disney+ reboot of Daredevil: Born Again show actor Charlie Cox walking the streets of New York with an interesting detail in the background. The picture shows Cox, who plays Matt Murdock, walking with his cane next to a Baptist Church with a bulletin board displaying a specific date: March 15, 2020.
As we know, Thanos snapped his fingers in Avengers: Infinity War in 2018, which debunks a theory suggesting that Matt Murdock was blipped, as he was spotted walking on the streets on the specified date. Fans have speculated that this might also be the reason why Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson, who played the Daredevil’s closest friends in the Netflix version of the show, are not expected to be returning for the Disney+ reboot. It is plausible to assume that Foggy and Karen were among the dusted.
Karen and foggy being blipped are the only explanations I would be happy with if they are not in the show https://t.co/6Fy0asow71

However, another Twitter user shared proof that debunks the theory entirely. A Google Maps Street View photo reveals that the billboard in front of the church existed in real life and had been there since the start of the pandemic, although it had not been updated.
But we know that the MCU is meticulous when it comes to details, especially regarding the timeline during the Blip. As a result, fans’ curiosity and confusion have only increased their expectations for the show, which is set to release around 2024.That has actually been up since the start of the pandemic. If you go back far enough you will see that the church has just been lazy and has not changed it since putting it up. https://t.co/sw7ZPWifg0 pic.twitter.com/yo8Pq1RVWs
